Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To secure your date, a non-refundable deposit of €50 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled photoshoot.

Cancellations

• More than 7 days before the shoot: No further payment is required beyond the deposit. However, the €50 deposit is non-refundable.

• Less than 7 days before the shoot: No refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once free of charge within 3 months of your original shoot date.

• If rescheduling is not possible within this period, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Weather Conditions

• In case of bad weather, a free reschedule will be offered.

• If rescheduling due to weather is not possible on your part, you will receive a refund of up to 90%, excluding any service fees already incurred.

Photographer Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that I need to cancel, you will receive a full 100% refund, including your deposit.
